How much confetti do I get in a bag?
Each bag contains 14g of confetti and at least 3500 pieces. Each heart measures 1.9cm (0.75in) and each circle 1.5cm (0.6in) across the widest point. Once emptied out of the bag and "fluffed", this is enough to fill four regular-sized confetti cones (20 cm along the longest edge), or eight mini cones half this size. On receipt, the confetti will be compressed within the bag. Do not be deceived by its apparent volume: it is easily re-"fluffed". Pour out into a ceramic or glass bowl and gently rub between your thumb and forefinger to significantly increase its volume and restore all of its lovely fluffiness.
Will the colours from the confetti run onto my wedding dress?
The tissue paper used to make our confetti is bleed resistant under normal use and conditions. However, we do not recommend using it when raining and would suggest any wet or damp confetti is removed from fabric and/or furnishings immediately as we cannot guarantee that the colour will not run.
How long will it take for my confetti to arrive?
Items are shipped via Royal Mail's first class service and should take no more than two working days (including Saturdays) to reach you once dispatched. We aim to dispatch all items within three working days of receiving payment. The majority of our orders are posted in a slim box that will easily fit through the letterbox, so you don't have to worry about missing the postman.
My confetti has arrived and isn't the colour/shape/size I was expecting. Can I have a refund?
Firstly, please be aware that the colours depicted in the photographs on our site may display differently on different computer monitors, mobile device screens, etc. All of our products are handmade and we take great pride in everything we produce. If, however, you are not fully satisfied with your item, you are welcome to a full refund, provided the item is returned in its original packaging within 30 days of purchase. The buyer must pay return postage.
How far in advance of my event can I purchase the confetti?
Provided it is stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, our confetti should last for many months (or even years!)
Is the confetti biodegradable?
All of our solid coloured confetti are biodegradable and made from acid-free, environmentally friendly and bleed resistant tissue paper. The paper is dyed with soy based inks, is fully recyclable and compostable and SFI-certified. Please note, the confetti do not instantly dissolve like rice paper; they will gradually break down over time. Metallic confetti will degrade, but are not 100% biodegradable.
